It was Jisan Ski Resort, 1 hour away from Seoul.

They were the beginner of ski, so they took the ski lesson.

Ski Lesson is 2 hours. 1 hour is for beginner lesson, and the other 1 hour is to ride the ski at  the slope.

 

 

The instructor was focusing on small kid who never tried ski.

 

Finally, one of them was cleared to learn ski.

 

 

He went to the top of the slope and he ride the ski without Pole.

it was great time in Jisan.

Gyeokpo Beach of Jeonla Province

On the Westcoast of  Jeonla Privince, there is the national park called, 
Byunsan National Park.

It's on the South-westcoast side of Korea.

There are lots of famous local beach.

There are 2 main beach on this westcoast side that are Byeonsan Beach and Gyeokpo Beach. But, this time, We will introduce about Gyeokpo Beach.

 On Westcoast, there are lots of differen seafoods that are squid, sea cucumber(海蔘) , Snappers, and other fishes. Most of Korean people eat sea food as Sashimi (Roar Seafood). But not in Summer Time.  

< Sea Cliffs >

This Cliff is called "Chaeseokgang" in korean.

It was a stationing point fro the military.To the right of Gyeokpo port is the Dalgibong. This is what "Chaeseokgang" is.

From the bottom of Dalgibong stands out a cliff which consist of rocks forming a fault. It is as tens of thousands of books were stackedint many piles.

This is one of the reasons it is called Chaeseokgang. Siseong Lee, back of the Dang Dynasty of china died, trying to catch the moon's shadow reflecting in the river while boating drunk. That was in the Chaeseokgang of China.

Gyeokpo Beach is very famous for the local people but nowadays, lots of foriegners are going to this beach to feel about the natures.

It's the one of main beach of Westcoast of Jeonla province.

There are few waterfalls in Jeju that are 'Cheonjeyoen Waterfall' , 'Cheonjiyeon Waterfall', and 'Jeongbang waterfall'. The water is from the stream of Mt.Halla.

This water is falling straight down to the southern coast, which is the pacific ocean.

Korean War was occured in 1950 by North Korean Communist.

In 1948, the leader of North Korean, Kim-Il Seong, was cooperate with chinese and russian communist militaries to attack south korea. They were prepared to start the war.

In 1950, Seoul has been corrupted by North Korea in 3 days.

South Korean soldiers was pull back to Busan and we called UN to support.

 

US Soldiers from Japan, and the general Mac Arthur came in to Incheon

and attacked North Korean and pushed them up to near the boarder of China.

 

At that time, Chinese army pull us back to Seoul.

So UN decided to divide the countries, and they made the seperation agreement with Russian government. However, South Korean didn't like to be divided.

but there was no chance.

 

Finally, South and North Korean Leaders was made agreement of seperation by

MDL Line and make Demillitarized Zone.
